Workmanship Warranty
We provide a 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty from the date of project completion on applicable services, including:
Pool resurfacing
Pool tile installation
Paver installation
Artificial turf installation
Masonry and hardscape features installed by our team
This warranty covers defects resulting directly from installation errors or workmanship issues performed by Daydream Outdoor Living.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many of the materials we install carry their own manufacturer warranties. These may include:
Pebble and interior pool finishes
Glass tile and coping materials
Pavers and hardscape products
Artificial turf systems
Manufacturer warranties vary by product and are subject to each manufacturer’s specific terms and conditions. We will assist homeowners with warranty claims when applicable, but final approval is determined by the manufacturer.
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Hairline surface cracking or natural settling
Efflorescence in pavers
Chemical imbalance or improper pool water chemistry
Staining caused by metals, organic debris, or improper maintenance
Damage caused by acts of God (flooding, hurricanes, extreme weather)
Damage from third-party contractors or homeowner modifications
Abuse, neglect, or lack of proper maintenance
Maintaining proper water chemistry and following recommended maintenance guidelines is required to preserve your pool finish warranty.
Artificial Turf Warranty Details
Artificial turf installations are covered under our 1-Year Workmanship Warranty. Turf materials typically carry separate manufacturer warranties against UV degradation and product defects. Proper drainage, maintenance, and use are required to maintain coverage.
Paver Warranty Details
Pavers are a durable and flexible surface system. Minor shifting or settling can occur naturally over time. Our workmanship warranty covers installation-related defects, but does not cover movement caused by soil conditions, erosion, heavy vehicle traffic (unless specified), or natural ground settlement.
